Refund policy
I want you to love what you receive from me. Every product and creative service is made with care and attention to detail. If something isn’t quite right, please read the information below.
1. Change of Mind
As each product or service is created or prepared with care (and many items are custom-made), I do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Please choose carefully and reach out before ordering if you have any questions about a product or service.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if an item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description.
If this happens, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order with:
Your order number
Photos of the issue
A brief description of the problem
Once reviewed, I’ll offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
3. Custom Orders & Services
All custom designs, hand-lettered pieces, and photography bookings are made to order and are non-refundable once work has begun.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact me — I’ll always do my best to find a fair solution.
4. Returns Process
If a return is approved:
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Return postage is generally at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
5. Digital Products
Due to their nature, digital downloads and files are non-refundable once delivered, unless there is a technical issue that prevents access.
