Orders are usually processed within 7 business days.
Custom orders (hand-lettering, photography, or bespoke designs) may take up to 14 business days depending on complexity.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Costs
Costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.
3. Delivery Times
Standard shipping within Australia usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Regional or remote areas may take longer.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays or unforeseen delays.
4. Lost or Damaged Items
I take care in packaging all items securely.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order details. I will work with you to resolve the issue.
